June 1 Fishing Report 5/29/2007
Weather has played a factor in our fishing over the past week. We have had many fronts come through with high winds. Every day the wind would blow from a different direction.
The fishing on Lake Francis Case area has slowed somewhat, because of the weather. The fishing should take back off once we get some stability.
The fishing on Lake Sharpe has also slowed a little as far as getting keepers. You have to catch a lot of fish to come in with your limit.
Crawlers and Crank Baits have been the best presentation on both reservoirs. We believe that when the weather stabilizes out both reservoirs will have fantastic fishing.
The guides have been doing very well. They are catching their limits daily. The guides have been catching on average 70 to 100 plus walleyes per day. They have also been catching 15 - 25 plus smallmouth with their catch.
Look forward to seeing you
Garry, Norma, and Mike Allen
