Fishing is Still Good to Excellent 5/17/2006
The walleye bite in the Chamberlain area is still going. The best bite has been from Crow Creek to the Dam and from Burning Brule to Bouers. The fish are from 6 to 15 feet of water. The walleyes are starting to bite on crawlers.
There have been scattered reports of limits on Lake Sharpe. The fish are still in the spawn because of the cold weather.
The walleyes are starting to turn to the summer bite. With some warmer weather to raise the River's Water Temp should make the bite better and more consistent.
Our guides have been catching their limits daily. Plan a fishing trip of a lifetime with our guide service at Allen's.
Look forward ot seeing you
